Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. maintains this website, any courses offered for the use of its customers, vendors, and students upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
This site and its services are intended for licensed medical professionals over the age of 18. Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. provides various materials, information, videos, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, and other information in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials, and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

3. Release of Liability Scope of Practice:
User acknowledges their responsibility to determine if implementation of the skills learned in this course are within their scope of practice as a licensed healthcare professional. And understand that under no circumstances shall certification mean that they may execute treatments that are not within their scope of practice as defined by their state licensure.
User acknowledges it is their responsibility to determine if techniques presented in this course are applicable to their individual patients. No part of this course may substitute for clinical assessment and judgment. User will not hold Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. liable for clinical application of the techniques and information learned in this course.
4. Release of Liability Participation:
User agrees that they, and their volunteer simulated patients are voluntary participants in Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. training programs and User will, always, be responsible for the health and welfare of their volunteer patients during course sessions, labs, and practicums. User agrees to consider all health implications of participation and refrain from any activity that may be detrimental in light of any medical history and diagnoses. User will not hold Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. instructors, other attendees, volunteers, or any other party, liable for any harm that may arise from their participation in the training programs. User understands that use of technology and their equipment is at their own risk. User will not hold Specialty Rehabilitation Inc., other attendees, volunteers, or any other party, liable for any harm that may arise from any digital technical problems.

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. has not reviewed all these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and any claims or disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware. Each party waives any objection that they may hereafter have to venue or jurisdiction of any proceeding in any court in New Castle County, Delaware and waives all right to trial by jury in any Proceeding (whether based on contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or relating to this Agreement or THE CLAIMS RELEASED BY THIS AGREEMENT, or the enforcement of, this Agreement.
9. Miscellaneous:
Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
11. Accreditation:
Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. provides accreditation requirements and state-approval information regarding its courses on a state-by-state basis. These requirements change regularly, as such, Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly, from the use of such information, including damage arising from inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. No warranty shall exist on the validity of the course certificates provided to users upon completion of course. Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. disclaims all liability resulting from a state’s denial of course accreditation.
12. Terms:
The Terms are effective as of April 18, 2022, and are subject to change without notice by Specialty Rehabilitation Inc. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
13. Refunds & Cancellation:
Payments are nonrefundable and there no refunds for partial used services or credits.
